months to complete depending on the size and complexity of the image. To ensure the highest quality of work and client satisfac- tion, the process cannot be rushed. Special scheduling accommodations can be made upon request. • How much does a portrait cost? The price is determined by the complexity


of the photograph (for example, a portrait of 2 dogs in one collage) and the desired size of canvas. The price ranges from $2500- $5000 and I am happy to quote via email or phone. As we leave the conversation with Sam, he


is busy with the next set of portraits. Moving quickly and quietly, he occasionally sits back and just looks at the creation to get a clear perspective. “Being so close to the canvas, you really have to trust your instincts and understanding of balance. But that sort of sounds a bit like life too!” And he chuckles and turns as he returns to the canvas.
