Annette Gibbons OBE Annette is Cumbria’s own food ambassador, and avid cook. She tirelessly supports the local food industry in any way she can, including through her own tv series and her Cumbria on a Plate food safaris.
Ivan Day Ivan Day is the UK’s most knowledgeable food histo-
rian. He lives in Shap and his house has an historic kit- chen and is full of (very) old cookbooks and kitchen equipment. He regularly appears on radio & tv.

Caroline and her husband Jon farm at Yew Tree Farm near Coniston. She is passionate about sustainable meat and also likes to foray for fresh food from fells and vales.
