Women’s Spirit of Leadership Conference A Dynamic Force for Positive Change

he Anniva Partnership presents the second annual Spirit of Lead- ership Conference, October 8-9, at the Gorton Conference Center, in Lake Forest. The conference runs from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily and includes lectures and experiential workshops from some of Chicagoland’s most motivational women. Registra- tion is open to women and men who want to be enthused and chal- lenged to live life to its fullest. The event’s keynote speaker, Cla- rissa Pinkola Estés, Ph.D., is an inter- nationally recognized scholar, award- winning poet, diplomate senior Jungian psychoanalyst, cantadora (keeper of the old stories, in the Latina tradition) and post-trauma specialist. Her book, Wom- en Who Run With the Wolves, was on the New York Times international best- seller list for 145 weeks and has been published in 35 languages.
