Fitness & Quality Manager The Venue, Borehamwood
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of Beaumonts Health Club and the Quality Management System.
This key role will include, amongst other things, deputising for the Centre Manager as and when required, taking responsibility for fitness staff, customer retention, and external / internal audits.
You will have previous management experience in a leisure environment; hold a current First Aid at Work certificate, NPLQ qualification or the ability to gains these once appointed.
The ideal candidate will also have knowledge and experience of the requirements of quality-assured systems including ISO 9001:2008, Quest and health and safety legislation.
This post includes some shifts and weekend working.
