CONTINUING EDUCATION
This course has been reviewed and ap- proved for continuing education hours through the following associations: Amer- ican Academy of Family Physicians, Emergency Nursing Association, EMS providers through CECBEMS, and State of Texas law enforcement through TCLEOSE. Participants attending the full 16 hours will also receive a certificate of completion from TEEX / The Texas A&M University System.

The requirements for the hosting juris- diction are:
Register through your state’s Homeland Security Training Office, to find out how to contact this office, you can also call us at the TEEX office of Grants and Training at 877-438-8877(toll-free) select option 1. After you have met this state requirement then: 1) Agree to host a course in your area. 2) Assign a contact person to work with the TEEX Coordinator.
3) Use the TEEX-provided material to register applicants for the class.
4) Arrange two rooms as classroom
