Helena HEADLINES

Tenants can now take advantage of evening and weekend

repairs appointments. We sent you a copy of a document called Our Promise to you with the last edition of Headlines. In that, we pledged to make getting a repair done easier for people who aren’t at home during the day.

We now offer appointments until 6pm every weeknight and until 8pm on Wednesday. We have also introduced appointments on Saturday mornings from 9am until noon.

Mr Jones from Moss Bank said: “My wife and I have used the service a number of times as we are both in full time employment. We recently had an appointment on a Friday evening to complete an electrical fault in our bedroom. Without out of hours servicing, we would either have to leave repair work unfinished or take inconvenient time out of work, so we are very grateful for this option.”

We are always looking for ways to provide flexible services that meet our customers’ needs and will continue to work with our customers to review whether you are satisfied with the service you are receiving and look for new ways to improve.

Customer Satisfaction Results

Almost all of Helena tenants who took part in a survey said they were satisfied with the quality of work carried out by our Propertycare team.

The results of a recent telephone survey showed that 98% of people said they were satisfied with the quality of the work carried out, and 59% said they were very satisfied.

All of the tenants surveyed were satisfied with the condition that the property was left in and agreed that it was clean and tidy, 57% said they were very satisfied.

Propertycare recently held open days for tenants to go along to share their views, discuss forthcoming works and voice any concerns they may have.
