Heidi Allison, who has served as
assistant principal at Haw Creek and Hominy Valley Elementary schools since 2006, will replace Stephen Chandler as principal of Barnardsville Elementary School. Allison, who has a B.A. in elemen- tary education from Mars Hill and a M.S.A. in school administration from Western Carolina, has been a teacher and administrator with Buncombe County Schools since 2001.
