Accounting firm responds to increasingly complex market

is Stephanie A. Weil, 45, who has more than 20 years of ac- counting and auditing experi- ence. “Asheville businesses face
increasing challenges as ac- counting and financial report- ing becomes increasingly more complex,” say Weil, who has served two terms as the presi- dent of the Western Chapter of the North Carolina Association of CPAs. “My firm was formed in response to the increased need for tax compliance and ac- counting services, performed by an independent, knowledgeable professional who puts customer service first.” Weil started her venture on a
part-time basis more than two years ago while the controller for an Asheville-based business. During the past two years, she has helped a number of West- ern North Carolina individuals and businesses, such as Farm & Sparrow Bakery and Michael Hofman Studios, solve difficult and time-consuming account- ing and tax issues. “Stephanie’s passion is work- ing with her clients to help them
