Meet Dominic Teague

Dominic joins us from the Andaz Liverpool Street hotel, a new boutique branch of the Hyatt where he oversaw ‘1901’, the fine dining restaurant which was awarded three AA rosettes, putting it in the top 10% of restaurants in the country. He has worked in the hotel industry for 20 years, 17 of which were spent in London including working at Marco Pierre White’s one Michelin-starred restaurant L’Escargot and at the Lanesborough Hotel where he won several gold medals in industry competitions.

Meet Peter Stormes

Peter has worked in the golf maintenance industry for over 16 years and in the hotel industry for over nine years so his experience serves him well for life at Sandy Lane. Previously, Peter worked at the Ritz-Carlton in Jamaica, the Marriott resort in St Kitts and the Fairmont resort at Mayakoba in Mexico.

Meet Terry Jones

Terry has 17 years’ experience in the Information Technology field, working previously in diverse areas spanning banking, credit card processing, agriculture and airport information systems. He is well-versed in project management, strategic planning, systems security and telephone systems implementation – all areas of expertise that are sure to prove hugely valuable during his time here.
