lowing is a quick but not all-inclusive
list of products and types of food to be
aware of (compiled with the help of three
elementary age children):
Peanut butter: Skippy (avoid), Jif (ques-
tionable “fully hydrogenated oil”). Only
buy peanut butter with oil that separates.
Stir it and then refrigerate it.
Non-dairy creamer, Nestle Coffee Mate
Granola and Cereal bars (Special K bars,
most “chewy” kinds)
Margarine – Shedd’s Spread Country
Crock, Blue Bonnet
Microwave popcorn – Pop Secret Kettle Corn
Snacks – Doritos, Cheetos
Candy - Snickers, Three Musketeers, Twix
Frozen rolls, croissants
Cereal - Cocoa Krispies, Froot Loops,
Corn Pops
Pre-made frosting
Pancake mix (complete style)
Brownie mix, Crackers, Cookies (Mrs.
