and health issues, opening a green building center was the perfect next step for the
two Durham residents.
Paul, owner of Common Ground Construction, has experience in all phases of
carpentry, as well as contractor sales. Dawn, a National Kitchen and Bath Association
trained professional, has many years of design experience working with contractors and
