Transfer of Website
Due to the nature of the website design and build process it is not possible to transfer the design, pages,
elements, sounds or any other files to or from another service provider.

If you wish to transfer your service to another service provider at the end of your contract period with the host
(if applicable) the design, pages, elements, music or any other files will remain the property of Scarlet Lily/
Your Office Angel.

Websites under Construction
Once your website is under construction you may be given an estimated time for the site to be finished and
appear online. If you are given an estimated time, this is by no means a guarantee that your site will be finished
for this date and is merely a guide. Due to the nature of the work involved your website may be subject to
delays during the construction phase, which we endeavour to keep to a minimum, however, Scarlet Lily/Your
Office Angel and its owners cannot be held liable for any losses incurred should there be a delay to the
construction of the website.

Search Engine Submission
Websites designed for you will be crawled by the standard web search engines and will gain their own ranking in
this way and with the number of visitors your site accrues. Manual submission of your site can be made to some
search engines and payment of a fee to certain sites can regularly submit your site to these engines. Scarlet
Lily/Your Office Angel has no obligation to submit your site to search engines. This responsibility will remain
with you once your site is handed over as complete.

Scarlet Lily/Your Office Angel accept no liability for any errors in search engine listings for your site due to
their automatic or manual submission. Scarlet Lily/Your Office Angel and its owners cannot be held liable for
any loss of income or otherwise due to the placement of your site on any of the search engines.

Privacy Policy
Scarlet Lily/Your Office Angel are committed to providing a first class service to you, and in the course of this
service, may need to collect and store personal or business information about you and your customers/contacts.
Scarlet Lily/Your Office Angel is committed to safeguarding your information. Whenever you provide such
information, we are legally obliged to use your information in line with all laws concerning the protection of
personal information, including the Data Protection Act 1998 (these laws are referred to collectively in this
Privacy Policy as the "data protection laws").


On our contact forms online, you are requested to provide some personal information to allow us to contact you
and supply you with the details you have requested. In supplying this information in the form, you are agreeing
to our contacting you. The personal details you may supply to us through the website will be dealt with in a
confidential way and will become part of a file, the ownership of which belongs to Scarlet Lily/Your Office
Angel. Completion and submission of any forms included in the website implies the express consent by the
User to the inclusion of his/her personal details in the above mentioned files.

exclusively used for providing the services offered through Scarlet Lily/Your Office Angel. If you no longer wish
to receive information or contact by email, then reply to any such email with just the word REMOVE in the
subject line, and your email address will be removed from the circulation list within 28 days.
We will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for
example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies).
We will hold your information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant service and for
accountancy and inland revenue audits, and for as long as is necessary to provide the services you have
contracted us to carry out on your behalf.
Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to request a copy of the personal information Scarlet Lily/Your
Office Angel holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. We will use reasonable efforts to supply,
correct or delete personal information about you on our files. Scarlet Lily/Your Office Angel reserve the right to
request appropriate photographic and business identification to view this information and reserve the right to
apply an administration fee of not more than £10.00 for supplying such information.
