designed by us, in whole or part, under instruction of the Client. Any such content is the responsibility of the
respective client. Any claim regarding such activities should be directed to the website client.

We hereby exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our websites and your use of them
to the maximum extent permitted by law. You agree to indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all costs,
expenses, claims, losses, liabilities or proceedings arising from use or misuse by you of your own or our sites.

Changes to Terms and Conditions and Invalidity
These website terms and conditions may be changed by us at any time. You will be deemed to accept the terms

Call Charges
Please note that calls made to our 07790 telephone number will be charged at the standard rate for a UK
mobile, which will vary depending on whether you call from a landline or mobile telephone. Our 0800 fax
number is a freephone number. For pricing enquiries on any subsequently advertised numbers, please consult
your telephone service provider.


Fees and charges
Any fees as shown on our sites are gross, and shown in GBP (Great British pounds).

Any renewal fees for webhosting or domain names should be paid in full 1 month prior to the agreement renewal
date. Failure to make payment may, without notice, result in the deletion of your site and its file content.

We may vary the specification of our design/hosting packages from time to time without notice.

Transfer of Domain Names
Should you wish to transfer a domain name from to your new site designed by Scarlet Lily/Your Office Angel,
you must provide the current provider details along with username and passwords to enable assessment of the
providers ability to direct the domain to your new site or alternatively to obtain costs to transfer the domain
name out to an agent where this can be done. Costs for this will be quoted and invoiced in addition to the site
design costs.
