Getting there
Rail: Take the Docklands Light Railway to
Custom House – this stop is right by the main
entrance to the venue. It is in Zone 3 of the
London Underground map. To get onto the
DLR line, taking the Jubilee line to Canning Town and then
changing to the DLR is recommended as the quickest way.
River: A riverboat service is operated
by Thames Clippers from piers in the
centre of London to Canary Wharf. It is operating coach
transfers from the top of Canary Wharf Pier (Westferry
Circus) to the West Entrance of the ExCel centre. See
thamesclippers.com for a timetable.
Road: Follow signs for Royal Docks, City Air-
port and ExCeL. The ExCel centre is easily
reached via the Limehouse Link, the M25, A13,
M11, A406, Blackwall Tunnel and Rotherhithe Tunnel. Free
parking is offered in the Purple car-parking area underneath
the venue but is limited and allocated on a first-come-first-
served basis. Parking in the Blue car park costs from £3 for a
car for one hour, up to £21 for 15-24 hours.
