Monarch has unveiled new routes for its winter 2016-17 schedule, with more than 60,000 seats added to selected ski routes. New weekly flights include Birmingham to Salzburg and Turin, and Gatwick to Lyon and Friedrichshafen. An extra weekly flight has been
