Corporate Travel Manager Managing a team of experienced Business Travel Consultants the role would be suitable for someone who has established sound leadership skills with a strong corporate travel sales background. An individual who has strong communication and relationship building skills, motivated to raise the profile of the centre to strengthen existing business and gain new business for the centre.


Reporting to the Managing Director the role will involve: • Strategic Travel management of various corporate accounts • Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external clients


• Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the corporate travel sector including the use of Travel & Airfare systems (Sabre)


• Sourcing new business and identify new opportunities for growth


• Working to (and exceeding) sales targets


Salary: up to £30k DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE Senior Corporate Travel Consultant


This role would suit a self-motivated sales professional with a corporate travel background looking to drive the ongoing development of our centre. An expert in managing various corporate travel accounts with the ability to achieve and exceed personal and business targets with an extensive knowledge of worldwide fares.


Reporting to the Corporate Travel Manager the role will involve: • Maximising every sales opportunity from enquiry to confirmation


• Responsible for end to end management and ownership of key business accounts


• Build on existing business relationships instigating new initiatives


• Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the corporate travel sector including the use of Travel & Airfare systems (Sabre)


• Working to (and exceeding) sales targets


Salary: up to £24k DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Proven sales record in Travel is preferred or experience in customer service l Preferred proficiency in a GDS system (Amadeus/Worldspan) but not essential

We have an exciting new opportunity for home-based Sales Advisers to work on our Travelsphere, Just You, Voyages of Discovery and Swan Hellenic brands. This role is responsible for taking inbound calls and the delivery of all sales and revenue targets set by the business. The right people will provide information and support to customers resulting in holiday bookings. Successful candidates will be responsible for conversing with our customers, many of them new customers who are calling us for the very first time, creating the excitement of the starting point of booking their next holiday with us. This includes all late sales, tailor made requests and flight upgrades. The role: This is a permanent contract with flexible hours available between the opening hours of the Sales department 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm Saturday and 10am – 4pm Sunday. When submitting your application please include your availability to work and how many hours per week you could be available for.
