SALES MANAGERS
As owners and managers of luxury resorts around the world we are looking to recruit three Sales Managers to join our team. Reporting to Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Europe these consist of Sales Manager, Leisure Sales North; Sales Manager, Leisure Sales South and Sales Manager, Leisure Sales, Southern Europe.
The key responsibilities of these roles are:
• Full account management responsibility for assigned accounts and to ensure delivery of best support and service
• To meet and exceed set sales goals • To build and maintain strong internal and external client relationships and industry partners
• To maintain contact with clients’ through regular personal sales calls, phone calls and emails
• To represent Kerzner at national trade shows and industry events • To plan, organise and host client events and training sessions • To create an outstanding brand image • To strive for constant improvements and to take responsibility for achieving business results
• Manage and develop marketing campaigns.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS: Personality:
• Must be goal orientated with a drive to succeed • Be able to build positive and sustainable customer relationships • Must be able to approach tasks with passion, enthusiasm and creativity
• Must possess excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills • Honest and open – the ability to say No when the need arises • Team player with a “can do attitude”
Communication:
• The individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with people and all level (both external and internal)
• Fluent English • For Sales Manager, Leisure Sales, Southern Europe fluent written and spoken French and some Italian
• Competent in report writing (findings, conclusions and recommendations) • Presentation skills
Education:
• A university degree – an advantage but not essential • 6 to 20 years of luxury travel/hotel industry experience • Extensive knowledge of packages such as MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Extensive knowledge of the Travel Industry

Specialist Travel Consultant
Serenity Holidays is an independent tour operator based in Fareham, Hampshire.
As a result of ongoing growth we are looking to recruit extra Travel Consultants for our lively sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to design and sell holidays specific to our customers’ requirements and deliver excellent sales and the highest levels of customer service via telephone and webchat.
