During closing worship, Heidi Hagstrom (right) was thanked for her sixth and fi nal year as Gathering director. “Through this ministry I have experienced the breadth and the depth of the ELCA in ways that will substantially inform the next leg of my journey in service to Christ’s church,” said Hagstrom, who has taken a position with the Theological Education for Emerging Ministries program at Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa. Molly Beck Dean (left) was installed as Gathering director during the service.
