whether parents have the right to decide to vaccinate their children—or will it become mandatory. This controversy has so many variable factors that parents need to be informed of the serious risks involved as they consider the DNA, age and health of their particular children. I have antibody titers (blood samples) done to see if a booster is really needed. My 6-yr old still does NOT need a booster. Titers cost a little more than a booster vaccine, but my dogs (as members of my family) are defi nitely worth it.
