PART NO. P-1517 PRODUCT Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail I DESCRIPTION


Recommended for use with tissue and cell extracts, including extracts containing detergents. A specially formulated cocktail of three phosphatase inhibitors that will inhibit alkaline phosphatases and serine/threonine protein phosphatases such as PP1 and PP2A. Each vial contains 2.5 mM (-)-p-bromotetramisole oxalate, 500µM cantharidin and 500 nM microcystin-LR.


P-1518 Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail II


Recommended for use with tissue and cell extracts including extracts containing detergents. A cocktail of five phosphatase inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of protein tyrosine phosphatases, acid and alkaline phosphatases. Each vial contains 200 mM imidazole, 100 mM sodium fluoride, 115 mM sodium molybdate, 100 mM sodium orthovanadate and 400 mM sodium tartrate dihydrate.


P-1549 Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail III


A cocktail of four phosphatase inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of both serine/threonine and protein tyrosine phosphatases. Reconstitute each vial with 1 ml H2O to obtain a 1 ml stock solution. Each vial contains 250 mM sodium fluoride, 5 mM sodium orthovanadate, 50 mM sodium pyrophosphate and 50 mM ß-glycerophosphate. Supplied with an informational insert.

Protease Inhibitor Cocktail I, Animal-Free


A specially formulated cocktail of three phosphatase inhibitors that will inhibit both serine/threonine and alkaline phosphatases. Liquid. In 1 ml DMSO. Each vial contains 2.5 mM (-)-p-Bromotetramisole oxalate, 500µM Cantharidin and 1µM Calyculin A, Discodermia calyx. Supplied with an informational insert.


A cocktail of five protease inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of a broad range of proteases and esterases. A 1X stock solution contains 500µM AEBSF.HCl, 150nM aprotinin, 1µM E-64, 0.5mM EDTA, disodium salt, and 1µM leupeptin hemisulfate.

A specially formulated cocktail of five protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic, cysteine, serine, and metalloproteases, as well as, aminopeptidases. Recommended for use with bacterial cell extracts. Each vial contains 20 mM AEBSF.HCl, 1.7mM bestatin, 200uM E-64, 85mM EDTA, and 2mM pepstatin A. 5ml solution recommended for the inhibition of proteases extracted from 20g of E.coli. Please note: The solution may appear turbid.


P-1512 Protease Inhibitor Cocktail III


Recommended for use with mammalian cell and tissue extracts. A specially formulated cocktail of six protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic, cysteine and serine proteases as well as aminopeptidases. 1ml is recommended for the inhibition of proteases extracted from 20g of tissue. Vial contains 100 mM AEBSF.HCl, 80uM aprotinin, 5mM bestatin, 1.5 mM E-64, 2mM leupeptin hemisulfate, and 1mM pepstatin A.

A specially formulated cocktail of six protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic, cysteine and serine proteases as well as aminopeptidases. When reconstituted to 1 ml, each vial will contain 100 mM AEBSF.HCl, 80µM aprotinin recombinant (animal-free), 5 mM Bestatin, 1.5 mM E-64, 2 mM leupeptin hemisulfate and 1 mM pepstatin A. One vial is recommended for the inhibition of proteases extracted from 20 g of tissue. For applications that require animal-free reagents and where the use of DMSO is not recommended.
