Production Manager (Injection Moulding)
We are looking for a Production Manager (Injection Moulding) to plan the efficient production of moulded parts and utilization of mould machines and to optimize tooling and processes.
Key tasks will include managing and developing the team, liaising with other manufacturing departments to ensure excellent functionality of the production stream, reducing downtime on machines and eliminate preventable damage to tools and to drive continuous improvement through the department.
We are looking for someone with strong management/ leadership skills with the ability to communicate at all
levels. The applicant will need to be organized, have excellent problem solving and IT skills. The ability to set and optimize a variety of Injection Moulding Machines is essential together with expert knowledge of part/ tooling optimisation processes (Pro-Op2 would be advantageous). We are looking for someone with a strong injection moulding background. A qualification in injection moulding condition setting would be an advantage.
