DAY KITCHEN IS BACK! n the culinary trip of a lifetime to South Africa


three groups to hone their traditional potjie (black pot) cooking skills with professional chefs across KwaZulu-Natal. Group one will head to


northern KZN, with group two based in the Battlefields region, and group three experiencing the majesty of The Drakensberg.


After experiencing these wonderful locations, they’ll head to Johannesburg en-route to a final cook-off at the Legend Golf Safari Resort in the Limpopo region.

I had been to South Africa before and had been surprised by the quality of the food, but SATurday


Kitchen introduced us to a fascinating side to this wonderful country. It was really fulfilling from start to finish, and we had some amazing authentic experiences, from cooking in people’s homes to out in the bush.
