executive of Aviance, the ground handling support and aviation logistics company. He also spent five years with The Highways Agency Advisory Board. And he is an advisor to theMOD as a


Colonel in the Engineer and Logistic Staff Corps RE(V) heading up the logistics group. Richard was appointed CBE for services to logistics and transport in the 2004 NewYear Honours. The judges were unanimous that Richard is a worthy winner of the individual contribution Award.
