NEUPC’S SUCCESSFUL NEPA PARTNERSHIP WITH KYOCERA DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS UK LTD THE NORTH EASTERN UNIVERSITIES PURCHASING CONSORTIUM LTD (NEUPC)
IS ONE OF SIX HIGHER EDUCATION PURCHASING CONSORTIA IN THE UK. ESTABLISHED TO DELIVER AND MANAGE A WIDE RANGE OF COLLABORATIVE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS, THE NEUPC AIMS TO MAXIMISE THIRD PARTY EXPENDITURE WITHIN THE HIGHER EDUCATION (HE) SECTOR AND IS A MEMBER OF ENGLISH NATIONAL PROCUREMENT (ENP) AND UK UNIVERSITIES PROCUREMENT CONSORTIA (UKUPC).
The National Educational Printer Agreement (NEPA) was set up over 15 years ago by the NEUPC and the other consortia in order to aggregate demand for the printing requirements of the member institutions they represent. NEPA is available to any member
institution of the UK University Purchasing Consortia: NEUPC, NWUPC, LUPC, SUPC, APUC, HEPW and NHS London Procurement Programme
Colleges. Other public-funded bodies can access the NEPA framework as associates or affi liate members of the UK University Purchasing Consortia. Mark Hayter, Senior Procurement
