SAT & SUN NOV 1-2 Roots of Herbalism 10a-6p both days. Introduction & Practical Course on Herbalism. The course combines ancient traditions with the scientifi c context of our modern world. Our goal is to reclaim our herbal heritage and empower students. We focus on plants which are common in the native North American and Western European traditions and can be easily cultivated. This course includes 16 class contact hours, handouts, herbal samples and assignment feedback. Students learn 25 herbs and their uses through hands-on interaction with the plants in their living and dried form.
