Technology A CUSTOMER SOLUTION
HOLDING AREA: The Holding Area feature allows the client to fully control, manage and report on the applicability and effectivity of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and Revisions. At the users discretion, Traxxall will place AD’s, SB’s and Revisions in the Holding Area allowing the user to either accept, modify, postpone or reject any given item. These items can be referenced and extracted in report format.
AD AUTOMATION:
Airworthiness Directive notification is an automated process with Traxxall. We have developed a process that interrogates AD information from the four major regulatory agencies worldwide and automatically applies the AD’s against the appropriate aircraft.
DYNAMIC SCREENS:
Traxxall offers dynamic report screens allowing you to configure, sort and filter the data in to your own truly customizable report(s). These reports can be named by each user and saved indefinitely for future use. When you run your custom report(s) in the future, it will always reflect with the most current compliance information.
CLOUD SERVICES:
Traxxall has elected to use Cloud Services on the Azure platform to provide scalable, durable cloud storage, backup, and recovery solutions to our clients. Our users need to access data, update compliance and print reports quickly - only the cloud provides this kind of guarantee. Azure extends a 99.95% uptime.

Our people not only have extensive aviation and customer service experience, we also believe that there’s no such thing as spending too much time with a customer. Ultimately, our goal is to help you troubleshoot problems, navigate issues and always remain in compliance.
MASTER CORE:
Traxxall has developed a software in service to our clients and the Master Core is an excellent example. When Traxxall applies a revision on a part, inspection, SB or AD, we do it once and it applies to all aircraft with that revision. This equates to faster enrollments and more accurate data.
ALSO CONSIDER:
At Traxxall, our people’s expertise is integrated in to our system via the Also Consider feature. By relating similar tasks, analyzing maintenance intervals, etc. Traxxall provides suggested additional items you may want to comply with. For example, if you’re going down for maintenance (scheduled or un-scheduled), we will provide a list of additional items to consider. This a failsafe process that ensures you maximize your downtime and don’t miss any critical items.
