Line Officer from Hawaii, the first member from that Department to serve as National Guard. Learn more about Peggy Haake on Page7. Welcome, Peggy! I’ve been an employee of the organization for
15 years now and, wow, have things changed! When I first came, if I wanted to verify the city of an Auxiliary, I had to go to the card file drawers and flip through them until I found what I needed. Now, with a few clicks of my computer mouse, I have what I need. Technology has greatly changed the way we do business… and it’s going to keep changing. To better serve our members, we have reorganized National Headquarters. To learn more, see HQ Memo on Page 19. I am very excited to announce that we
have created a media center at National Headquarters. Look for online training opportunities, like webinars on programs and other topics. This is in response to the member survey last year, which revealed that more than anything, members want training and information. See you online!
