Q. This year the Northern Ball is taking us around the world. What are your team’s favourite places around the world and why? A. We love Mexico because it offers a little bit of everything; fantastic beaches, historical sites and great nightlife.
Q. Do you have your fancy dress sorted? Can you give us a sneak preview of what to expect? A. Ride ‘em cowboy! Virgin Holidays is heading to the Wild West and the Orient for this year’s fancy dress theme.
Q. The Northern Ball is a
great opportunity to engage with agents in the north and the Midlands. Why is that important for you? A. The Northern Ball offers us a great opportunity not only to thank our northern and Midlands- based travel agency partners for their support to date, but it also offers us the chance to meet with new and old agency friends, sharing a few nuggets of knowledge over a glass of wine or two!
Q. The event falls in one of the peak selling periods of the year. What are your current focuses? A. This month our focus is to unleash our customers’ and agents’ Mojos. Not only have we got some fantastic deals in place for customers with holidays from £499, but we’re offering agents who book a Virgin Holidays between now and the end of

Q. The Northern Ball is renowned as one of the biggest parties of the year. Do you have any particular memories of previous events (that are printable...)? A. The fire alarm going off at 8am the next morning, it wasn’t a pretty picture!
