2014 E-Learning Awards


Jane Hart is an independent workplace learning adviser, and is an internationally recognised speaker and writer on the use of social technologies for collaborative learning and working. She is the founder of the Centre for Learning & Performance Technologies and has been involved in e-learning for over 25 years. She is a regular contributor to e.learning age and this is her fourth year as a judge.


Kenny Henderson, director, Get Up To Speed Ltd, is an independent learning and talent consultant working with clients from the private and public sector to improve individual, team and business performance. As head of Talent Development at Sky, he was responsible for developing the companies approach to Online Learning and over a four year period saw adoption grow 100% year on year. As a


previous E-Learning Awards winner, this is his first year on the judging panel and he’s looking forward to seeing examples of how learning technology is helping organisations develop their people and achieve their goals.


Richard Hyde is a director of e-learning supplier Mind Click where he’s responsible for operations management, product innovation and strategy across the business. He’s been in the industry for 18 years and says that attention to detail is one of the most valuable lessons he has learnt. As a judge he enjoys elegant simplicity in learning design. He is also an eLearning Network board


member and keen fell runner.


Pam Jones has been developing e-learning for over 15 years. She previously worked for a global education publisher and as a lead instructional designer (ID) within the healthcare sector. In 2007 she set up Eight Interactive and now works as a consultant and ID for a range of organisations. Pam has a Postgraduate Diploma in ICT and Education. What she loves about e-learning is that no two


projects are the same and every project is an opportunity to create new learning experiences. This is her first year as an awards judge.
