Canadian Tourism Commission launches training webinars


The Canada Tourism Commission (CTC) has introduced monthly webinars to help agents learn more about products available. Adam Hanmer, CTC travel trade manager, said agents were key to helping increase visitor numbers, saying: “We introduced webinars to help keep all the product knowledge fresh in agents’ minds.” The CTC is giving away 10 £25 Amazon vouchers to agents who complete the Canada Specialist training before September 30.
