US Lacrosse U15 National Championships


Attackman Jack Schultz scored three goals in 3d Select’s 13-2 win over Duke’s HHH in the US Lacrosse U15 Championship final.


Regional Championships


CENTRAL Special Forces (Mich.) Special Forces overcame a late rally by the Dane County (Wis.) Coyotes, winning the regional in Verona, Wisc., on an overtime goal by Dylan Day for a 10-9 victory.


NORTHEAST Next Level (R.I.)


A year after watching a US Lacrosse regional championship slip through its grasp, Next Level was not to be denied, beating Beach Dogs (R.I.) Lacrosse 15-3 in the championship at UMass.


SOUTHEAST Carolina Cannons (N.C.) An intercepted clearing pass led to a transition goal in overtime by Van Parker as the Carolina Cannons defeated Dominion (Va.) 12-11 in the championship at the WRAL Soccer Center in Raleigh, N.C.


WEST


Sawtooth (Idaho) Tim Berard was the tournament’s


top scorer with 12 goals, as Sawtooth went undefeated and beat the Santa Monica (Calif.) Dragons 14-6 in the championship game at the Morgan Hill Outdoor Sports Center in San Jose.
