Agents were asked to select their favourite cruise lines, and those of their clients, across 10 categories from a list of more than 40 options. The survey ran for three weeks on travelweekly.co.uk and was completed by more than 500 agents. Entrants were asked for their agency name and contact details so we were able to verify their identity.
