When it comes to kids’ clubs, agents couldn’t praise Norwegian Cruise Line’s offering highly enough. They raved about the Entourage


programme for teens, which gives them what they crave – a bit of freedom. The fun doesn’t stop there though, with a new dining and entertainment experience at the Illusionarium. Currently exclusive to Norwegian Getaway, it comes with a cover charge, and gives families the chance to dine while interacting with magicians. Sally Grimes of Iglu Cruise says Norwegian offers “the trendiest holiday for teens”.

Celebrity’s partnership with Microsoft is a big hit with teens because it means they can play Xbox 360 and Kinect on board all


day. One-on-one games and tournaments for big groups provide hours of fun for teens keen to show off their gaming skills. Agents say the line’s slumber parties are popular, along with dinner parties and teen-only discos, which run until 1am. Pauline Hamilton-Painting of Travel-Pa says: “This is a wonderful cruise line that is cool enough to appeal to teenagers.”
