Beginning Saturday, August 16 at Heart2Heart in Longwood, the workshops include comprehending the power of energies and how it can help you heal yourself, family and friends. Energy hygiene exercises, releasing negative energies, healing limiting beliefs (blockages), muscle/self-testing, as well as many additional healing modalities will be discussed, demonstrated and taught to all participants.
