Avalon serves OEM customers in the general indus- trial, pump and valve, oil and gas, food and dairy, military and capital equipment industries with value-added services including a dedicated in-house machine shop and tooling operation. Doug Ciabotti, CEO of Ava-
lon, leads the newly combined business. The combined company will operate four advanced manu- facturing facilities in Ohio and Wisconsin, all featuring state-of- the-art automation and robotics to produce precision castings from more than 200 different ferrous and nonferrous alloys. Combined company certifica- tions include ISO 9001:2008, PED, NADCAP and ITAR. Together, the combined company will represent one of the largest enterprises in the commercial/in- dustrial/aerospace segment of the investment casting industry.
