Easy Ways To Pay • We accept
Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Maestro.
• Please make cheques payable to RLSS UK Enterprises Ltd (please write your Customer Reference Number on reverse of cheque, if known).
• Purchase Orders can be submitted by those with Credit Accounts. Please contact Customer Services.
• For Euro and overseas payments, please contact Customer Services.
Please note: Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Maestro payments are debited on order dispatch.
Cheques are deposited on receipt.
Delivery Charges Standard UK Delivery Charges

When calculating Delivery Charges: • Calculate Standard UK Delivery Charges (based on order value rates shown). Do NOT include the order value of items that have either Free Delivery or a Fixed Delivery Charge listed.
• Add on any Fixed Delivery Charges. • Enter total in Delivery Charges box. Orders will usually be delivered within 7 working days.
Next Day Delivery Service
£4.00 surcharge on standard delivery rates. Order before 12 noon. Orders placed after 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. All next day deliveries will need to be signed for. Next day deliveries can only be made to mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland (excludes Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland). Not available on some items delivered direct from manufacturer.
Online UK Orders
Just £5 delivery charge for online orders, irrespective of order value (excludes items with a Fixed Delivery Charge Listed).
Overseas Orders And Delivery
Please call Customer Services for delivery charges and times. Overseas payments are accepted through credit card, British Bank account, or sterling bank draft.

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. Please send back to us via recorded delivery, enclosing your original invoice and a reason for return. This does not affect your statuatory rights. Subject to Terms and Conditions.
Laerdal Returns
Laerdal offer a 28 day refund policy, less a 10% restocking fee. To return a Laerdal purchase, call 0844 824 3440 for a Return Material Authorisation Number within 14 days from invoice date. Items must be returned in a new, unopened condition within 28 days of invoice date. A credit will be issued upon receipt of goods.
