Save a Baby’s Life is one of the Royal Life Saving Society UK’s community programmes which aim to provide important lifesaving information to local communities.


 Choking is the 4th highest cause of death in children


 9 out of 10 parents don’t know basic first aid skills that could help them to save their child’s life


 20% of parents in the UK think that they could resuscitate their child


 22% of parents said they had suffered the distress of watching their child choke and ‘didn’t know what to do’
