Drowning Prevention Week and make a difference


Drowning Prevention week is the national campaign of the Royal Life Saving Society UK which aims to promote water safety messages across the UK and help reduce incidents of drowning.


You can help save lives and promote your organisation by getting involved.


Why not: • Host your own water safety event. • Incorporate our lifesaving lesson plans into your swimming lessons. • Promote our water safety messages at your centre.


A host of free resources are available to help you run an effective, successful event.


By taking part you can: • Share our drowning prevention campaign with local communities. • Attract new customers. • Increase membership. • Promote your summer programmes. • Create publicity opportunities.
