Strawberry Hearts 2 medium, ripe organic bananas 1 pint organic strawberries 3 tablespoons lime juice 1 tablespoon dried coconut


Peel bananas, break into small pieces and set them onto a plate. Mash the bananas with a fork until they are the consistency of baby food. De-stem and wash strawberries. Add bananas fi rst, then strawberries and lime to the blender. If there isn’t enough liquid to turn the blade, add a little more lime juice. Spoon the mixture into heart-shaped ice cube trays. Clean your blender and make a second batch with the following ingredients in the same manner.

Blueberry Hearts 2 medium, ripe organic bananas 1 pint organic blueberries 3 tablespoons lime juice 1 tablespoon dried coconut Follow the instructions above. Top with a pinch of shredded coconut and freeze until you are ready to serve.
