Children's Independent Retailer of the Year
Ladies Footwear Brand of the Year The standard of entries for next month’s
Footwear Industry Awards is extremely high and it looks set to be the most fiercely fought yet, with votes flowing in fast. If there is a retailer, brand, product or person that you believe deserves to be recognised, don't sit back and wait, use your vote by visiting the Footwear Industry Awards website, or via the homepage of your favourite magazine, Footwear Today.
An opportunity on your doorstep! Readers, now that the hustle and bustle of
Christmas is out of the way (okay so the January sales are no doubt keeping you busy) take a look again at the 'National Shop Front of the Year Award' (by which we mean your window display). Entry is open to independent footwear retailers throughout Britain, large or small. And the winner will receive £1,500 of holiday vouchers.
The size of your shop is not an issue - it’s the
quality of your window display that’s important! It’s not necessary to pay for professional photography, but we would need clear hi res images. We could use the shop front image shown on your website, if it is picture that you would like to enter.
If you are a manufacturer or agent, why not
take a snap of your favourite retailers' shops - with their permission - and send these to us. The Footwear Awards Team will contact the retailer to let them know their shop has a chance of winning this exciting award and the holiday vouchers that come with it!
Please email your photos to:
cheryltayloreditor@googlemail.com every time you change your window display from now right up until the NEW deadline of 16th January 2014. You may send as many entries as you like.
Take a gamble! The prize of £1,500 of holiday vouchers will be
presented at the Footwear Industry Awards, which will be held on Sunday 16th February at the National Motorcycle Museum. It promises to be an
