THE MEKONG DELTA The Mekong is the lifeline of southern Vietnam and is best experienced from a boat. Watch as the locals ply their trade from fl oating markets and villages along the narrow waterways, fi shing for produce and creating mouth-watering meals for passers-by.
CANDLELIT DINNER’
A visit to the farmlands on the edge of Hoi An provides a real fl avour of the home-grown vegetables that spice up Asian cuisine. Dinner will be hosted by a local family in their garden and fresh delicacies served by candlelight.
LANTERN WORKSHOP Hoi An locals take great pride in their lanterns, so much so that on some nights the lights are turned off and the old streets are lit solely by this beautiful artwork. Learn how to create a lantern and admire the colourful spectacle for yourself.
