Holiday information
International fl ights It’s not a tailor-made adventure unless you have the opportunity to choose where you travel from, where you travel to and just as importantly, how you travel. When you book with us, you can choose from a range of international airlines, your preferred departure airport and your class of travel: we are able to book fl ights with all of the key scheduled airlines fl ying out of the UK and have competitive rates for fl ight upgrades. Just talk to us and we’ll make the necessary arrangements. Of course, if you wish to arrange your own fl ights, we are also happy to book just the ground arrangements for your holiday.
Prices As all of our holidays are tailor-made, to give an exact price in this brochure isn’t possible. However, you will fi nd three guide prices alongside each of our sample itineraries. These prices are based on three accommodation styles; you can choose from for simple, sometimes local-style
AUTHENTIC
accommodation, and
COMFORT INDULGE for mid-range properties for more deluxe hotels. All prices are
based on economy fl ights from the UK. The fi nal cost of your holiday is dependant on a number of factors including the time of year you choose to go, how you travel around your destination as well as the style of accommodation you choose to stay in. You will receive a full personalised quote for your holiday when we send out your fi rst itinerary.
Financial security When you book with us you can be assured that your money is safe. We are ATOL bonded by the Civil Aviation Authority and are members of AITO (The Association of Independent Tour Operators), ensuring that when you book your holiday your money is protected.
Booking terms and conditions Your booking is subject to the terms and conditions of Explore Tailormade. We will send a link to these terms and conditions when we send you your fi rst itinerary and quote. Please note that travel insurance is mandatory for all of our holidays.
Visas and vacinations You must make sure that you are in possession of a full passport, valid for at least six months after the date of your return to the UK. You must have all visas and vaccination certifi cates that are necessary to enter or pass through any countries involved in your holiday. Any visa requirements will be listed in your holiday confi rmation, but please note this information is subject to change. If required, visas can be obtained through the Explore Visa Service, Visa Swift, or the relevant embassy or consulate.
