O
prepare buyers and suppliers for the evolution and transitions that new technology, products, processes and methods will have on our world, the world of buying and selling travel and meetings. Workshop topics include the
‘Secrets of sourcing travel management services and travel technology’ where we take a dive into the procurement process, hear expert insights on pricing and money flow and what to consider when out to tender for these two categories. Our Hotel RFP workshop looks at the full hotel RFP process, how to automate the process and what technology is available. The Air Workshop includes expert insights into yield management, negotiating in multiple markets and how to leverage spend with airline alliances. And other more specialised
category workshops include Managing Meetings as part of your travel programme. Across all of ITM’s events in 2014 – including ITM’s annual conference, ‘Intelligent Futures’, in May – subject matter experts will provide the latest on what products are available, how to embrace the pace at which technology is changing and how to adapt what you are doing to stay ahead of the game. The conference includes a futures
exhibition, allows buyers and suppliers to come together to build relationships, share knowledge and concerns and gain intelligent industry insight that will not only prove invaluable but will also equip you for the future. Review our full calendar of events
and register at
www.itm.org.uk. The ITM Conference takes place on May 12th-14th at Celtic Manor. Register for early bird rates before the 10th February.
