Living the sweet life

I ended up in the beauty industry because…I love making people feel beautiful and believe the industry has the power and ability to connect with clients on a deep level. I enjoy meeting people and hearing their stories as well as treating them to a fabulous manicure.
If I wasn’t in the beauty industry I would…Be working out how to get into the beauty industry!
The best thing about my job is… Being able to work for the best distribution company in the world. It isn’t just a job, being a ‘Square’ is most definitely a way of life. I am extremely lucky to work with the very best in the business.
An average day for me is… My main focus is on delivering excellent customer service. I answer emails and calls, process orders and look after the Sweet Shop. We have customers calling into the shop that may just need to pick up a few items or may need a demo on how to use a certain product – we deliver whatever they require. In a nutshell, I serve the pro with our famous ‘Love & Respect’.
My ideal weekend would be… Getting pampered from head to toe in my favourite Spa, followed by Bruno Mars playing at a party for me and my friends!
My favourite book is… Bringing Home the Dharma by Jack Kornfield. I have also recently finished

a book, given to me by someone who inspires me very much, called Raving Fans by Kenneth Blanchard. It is a book I think anyone in a public facing role should read.
My favourite film is…Anything with Jack Lemmon.
The most famous person I have met is…I’ve met a few famous people but my favourite (and the funniest) was comedian PJ Gallagher.
My favourite part of the world is… Sorrento in Italy. It is absolutely beautiful there and my dream is to one day own a home in Italy.
I could not live without… CND Solar Oil – it is literally a miracle in a bottle. It’s so nourishing for skin
and nails and works wonders as a hair treatment as well.
My favourite beauty treatment is…A fabulous CND Marine Spa Pedicure with CND Shellac. It restores and revives leaving my feet soft, smooth and feeling like new.
When growing up my role model was…My Grandmother, she taught me what it is to be a lady – to hold your head high but always remain humble, to treat everyone with kindness and honesty, and to never take advantage of anyone else.
I would like to be remembered as…Someone who put my heart into everything, made people smile and was an undiscovered singing sensation!
