Senior Materials Engineer, Waterford, WI:


Job Description: • Provide technical support for supplier development • Assist in supplier audits • Drive and participate in the resolution of supplier quality issues • Support buyers in cost reduction opportunities • Actively participate in cross-functional design reviews and new job start up processes • Assist in keeping supplier sourcing matrix up to date • Travel- approximately 25% to HyPro locations and the supply base


Requirements: • 7 years minimum hands on technical foundry experience required • Must demonstrate the ability to problem solve casting issues related to dimensions, soundness, gating and risering, and process


• Demonstrate the ability to drive tasks to a successful conclusion in a timely manor • Demonstrate the ability to problem solve with other purchased commodities • Must possess a basic understanding of machining processes • Must be able to read and navigate through customer supplied drawings and specifications • Must possess the ability work in a team environment • Excellent communication skills- verbal and written • Excellent organizational skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs (excel, work, PowerPoint) • Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment • College degree in engineering discipline (preferred)

Foundry Superintendent


Advanced Centrifugals Ltd. one of the nations leading producers of centrifugally cast stainless steel products is currently recruiting for a Foundry Superintendent position in our facility located in Cambridge, WI. This position reports directly to the Foundry Manager and will be responsible for assisting in overseeing daily operations of the foundry. The successful candidate will have direct supervisory experience. Previous experi- ence with induction melting and centrifugal casting operations is also preferred.
