Where would any business be without its customers? It won’t go unnoticed that you have made an effort, whether it’s a personalised Christmas card or a voucher for a discounted treatment in the New Year.
It’s easy to take your regulars for granted, those who come every week, fortnight or month, whilst concentrating your efforts on attracting new clients. However, these loyal clients are what keep you in business when more fickle customers come and go.
