minimi, pronounced mini-me!, recently featured on TV3’s Xposé is a painless 60-minute treatment developed to break down fatty deposits by non- surgical lipolysis.minimi contains a Phospholipid complex, proven in independent laboratory tests to break down fat within the cell enabling the fat to be easily removed from the body. The removal of fat causes inch loss which, unlike traditional wrap systems which simply remove fluid, means that the inch loss is permanent.minimi also includes an anti-cellulite agent to visibly reduce the appearance of cellulite. Results have been amazing with losses of up to a dress size after just one treatment seen regularly. The process continues for up to three days after the treatment giving additional inch loss for the client.
The Treatment...
The treatment is a simple one. Following the consultation, theminimi oil is massaged into the client who is then wrapped in a clear membrane film. The client then relaxes on a couch to enable the oil to penetrate into the epidermis and dermis to the fat layer where the lipolysis breaks down the fat cells. At the end of the treatment the membrane is simply removed from the client and disposed of. There is no need for the client to shower as the oil continues to work on the fat cells beneath the skin for a number of days.

Comparison to other BodyWrap
Treatments... You may be familiar with body wrap treatments in which the client is wrapped in clay and bandages. This traditional type of treatment achieves inch loss by removing fluid rather than fat. The consequence of this is that as soon as fluid is re-introduced into the body, for example by drinking water, the inches go back on.
minimi is a clean enjoyable treatment. There are no messy clay stained bandages to deal with and at the end of the treatment the client simply gets dressed and leaves – there is no need for them to shower and no need for the therapist to wash bandages.
minimi also compares favourably with other oil based wrap systems on the market. No other wrap system has more of the active fat busting ingredient thanminimi.
Benefits to the Salon...
With a recommended treatment price of €65 and treatment costs of €10, minimi has proven to be an extremely
profitable treatment for salons. In addition to this, as the client is relaxing on a couch for the majority of the time, the therapist has ample opportunity to earn additional income by providing another treatment to the client such as a facial or eyelash extensions.
