EBRATION POLICE TRAINING AND SKILLS ACTIVITIES WERE! Classroom training sessions, seminars, 2014 new model year product demonstra- tions, and vendor displays were held throughout the week and concluded with a special nationwide Police Skills Competition held August 30-31 at the Milwau- kee Summerfest grounds on the lakefront in front of thousands of Harley riders! Eric Westfall of Volusia County, FL Sheriff’s Offi ce
won the title of “Mr. Rodeo” and a 2014 Harley-Davidson® Police motorcycle for his Department. First Place Overall Team winners were the Fairfax County, VA Motorcycle Team. Ben Wolfe of McHenry County, IL Conservation District won the Slow Ride. Joey Trotter of the Carson City, NV Sheriff’s Offi ce won the new 2014 Harley-Davidson®
Police motorcycle for his Department!
His name was drawn from a basket containing all the participant names by Madeline Neumann, National President of Concerns of Police Survivors. Results from the Skills Competition can be found at www.

Police Survivors. At the Awards Ceremony on Saturday evening, Steve St. Thomas, Director of Harley-Davidson Police & Fleet Sales, presented a check for $50,000 to C.O.P.S. representatives Madeline Neumann and Suzie Sawyer! Thank you all who came home to Milwaukee to celebrate this historic 110th Davidson®
