FENG SHUI in the DIGITAL WORLD
COMING SOON: A SUPER POWERFUL QUANTUM COMPUTER
IS MODERN TECHNOLOGY SURPASSING the WISDOM of the I CHING? by Lillian Too
TIME magazine made the coming of the Quantum Computer its cover story in February this year, predicting its impact to be revolutionary on the way we live, work and exist. Our lives have already been changed beyond recognition by digital technology, but the QUANTUM COMPUTER when it comes will be so HUGE in its impact that no one on Earth will ever be the same again. Simply because the Quantum Computer will speed up our ability to process everything, allowing us in effect to perform magic! Are our modern scientists surpassing the wisdom of the
ancients? How will our lives and luck be affected by this quantum leap in processing technology? And where does feng shui fit into any of this?

called Burnaby. The inventors of this machine, who are being funded

largely by Google, claim the new computer will be so powerful, it is likely to change the way we do everything. Our lives have already been transformed by easy access to the present-day computer, but if this quantum computer works out the way
they hope, this time the change will be exponential. T e quantum computer refl ects the current growing belief that we can all create magic; that thinking and performing like Superman is well within our capability. Already the computer has transformed the way the world lives and works. T e classical computer changed our lives beyond our imagination; the quantum computer will change us even more and we had better start thinking exponentially. Why? Because the quantum computer is expected to have such enormous computing power, it will solve problems in an instant what would take present conventional computers centuries. Naturally, this is bound to have a revolutionary impact on all the current technology we presently have. From cracking secret codes to strengthening people through new drugs, speeding up research, healing the sick, predicting the weather, enhancing production, speeding up travel, exploring space, doing business and dealing with just about every aspect of life and work. T ey call this new computer the D-Wave Two and indicate that it should be ready within the next fi ve years.
