The supply, as always is very small indeed, which of course leads to prices increases, the last quarter was very quiet in terms of sellers, but as we expected buyers are in plentiful supply. To predict the next quarter is tricky, it would be easy to say much of the same, low supply, high demand. But you do have to question how much longer prices can rise for.
